When we sent you the RPR there was a site ID e.g. BHN10101 , Make sure the Alphabets used are in CAPS LOCK / CAPITALs ONLY.

Username will be your Site ID (e.g. BHN10101 ) & Password will be the Activation Pin Sent during the Activation Phase. Make sure the Pin is used as it was sent as its Case Sensitive!
