Without prejudice to the foregoing, Wafa consider that any application that overloads the StarPro™ Network by whatever means will be considered as making profligate use of the StarPro™ Network and is as such NOT allowed. The user may not circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account (referred to as "cracking" or "hacking"), nor interfere with service to any user, host, or network (referred to as "denial of service attacks") provided by, or on behalf of Wafa. Wafa reserves the right to throttle user's speeds in accordance with the StarPro™ Grade of Service document to ensure fair allocation of bandwidth across the network.
Data is unlimited but is not unlimited at full grade of service speeds. If a site reaches the throttle threshold, the speed will be reduced. Full details of package quotas and speed reductions can be found in the package detail links above.
